Your Edelweiss Analytics tools are a part of Edelweiss+. You can find that link here:
Edelweiss+ is essentially an interactive suite of tools designed to make your job easier. Publishers post their seasonal and backlist catalogs there, and you have tools to communicate with sales reps, create and manage orders, find digital review copies, write reviews, communicate with your coworkers, request author events, and of course, discover your Analytics tools.
If you do not yet have an Edelweiss account, you can register for one at the link above.
NOTE: The Analytics tools are available for Analytics-subscribing library systems. Contact your Ingram sales rep for information about pricing. If you do not have an Ingram sales rep, please feel free to contact us at email@example.com.
Each library system that is an Analytics subscriber can control who among their staff has access to these tools.
The Analytics tools will appear in the menu across the top of your Homepage:
See information here about customizing your Edelweiss dashboard.
Part of the customization tools for the Edelweiss dashboard is the ability to see what you want to see, and to hide what you do not want to see. If you’re not seeing your Analytics Dashboard Lane, your account either does not have access, or it may be hidden. You can check that by clicking on the tools icon at the top of any screen:
Accounts with User Administration privileges can control access to the Analytics tools (as well as controlling Buying privileges for each user. Details here about managing your users, including adding and deleting users). Click on your name at the top of any Edelweiss page to see your Profile, which includes your assigned privileges:
You can reach the Analytics tools, then, by clicking the link at the top of the page, or creating an Analytics widget.
Your Analytics page can be customized, as well, in that you can control the order in which the lanes appear. You can even hide a lane if you like. Again, click on the tools icon at the top of the page to get to your Preferences:
